WHAT WE DO

Built on decades of research and leadership practice, the x360 is an online, psychometrically tested leadership assessment and report that provides data to help leaders develop the capabilities needed for an exponentially changing world.  The x360 assessment highlights the importance of external outreach, distributed and nimble leadership, and adaptability.

Based on the xTEAMS model, xCHANGE is a quick-turn, online leadership simulation ideal for change managers, general managers, and innovation leaders looking to move teams forward.  In a physical classroom or in an online, virtual environment, the xCHANGE simulation is an effective tool for facilitating impactful team strategies.

Powerful and thought-provoking tools to guide organizations, teams, and individuals from command and control, bureaucratic systems to more networked, nimble, collaborative systems, enabling leadership at all levels and providing a context to support innovation and learning. The xCARDS contain a fun and exploratory set of exercises focused on developing a nimble culture within an organization, while giving teams and individual contributors a common language to identify strengths and discover areas of opportunity for their changing organizations.

The culmination of decades of research, xTEAMS: How to Build Teams that Lead, Innovate, and Succeed illustrates how traditional, inward-looking team models fall short in today's workplace. An outward-focused team with flexible leadership and membership is the effective new paradigm.

Over years of teaching, researching, consulting and advising, link to hundreds of articles and published works on leadership development, innovation, and building high-performance teams.
