Who are xCards For?

Available as physical or digital cards, xCARDS are for deeper conversations about leadership development, team identity, and organizational culture. From team icebreakers and 1:1 coaching to executive education programs and corporate retreats, xCARDS offer a set of exploratory exercises that focus on nimble culture and distributed leadership at all levels within an organization.

xCARDS are offered in two different decks to suit your leadership development objectives, which can be used together or standalone. Our physical deck offers hands-on learning and discussion in the classroom while the digital version offers a browser-based, interactive experience well-suited for virtual or hybrid programs.

The xCARDS: Building a Nimble Culture enable organizations to explore and evaluate distributed leadership and organizational change. The deck contains interactive exercises for gaining insight into developing a nimble culture within your organization, while giving teams a common language to identify strengths and discover areas of opportunity for their changing organizations in a safe and thought-provoking environment.

The xCARDS: Discovering Your Leadership Signature are a powerful and thought-provoking tool, using images to explore the concepts of individual leadership signature, team identity, and organizational culture. A fun and engaging activity, the deck contains exercises to guide current awareness, as well as future development, of a unique personal signature, an externally focused, flexible team, or a nimble, networked, and distributed organization.
